Charles Drew Health Center utilizes the patient-centered medical home model of care. In every interaction, we are committed to building better relationships between ourselves and those we serve. Our team includes full-time behavioral health practitioners, physicians, physician assistants and a medical support staff (pharmacists, dietician, family nurse practitioners, patient advocates, etc.). Mental health services available include: outpatient Individual therapy, Family or Couples Therapy, Integrated Primary Care, Trauma Informed Care, Teletherapy, Smoking Cessation, and substance use disorder counselling.
